The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
