I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I was disappointed with the way they interacted with my child during appointments. Most of the time they just ignored my child.

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
