I don't like that they don't always allow me to accompany my child, and sometimes make me wait in the waiting room. They've allowed me to a couple of times, but most of the time they don't. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I feel like they could've been more patient with the first-time mothers that were visiting. They seemed a little too annoyed to have to answer their questions
