I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They were very kind and attentive to me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Both my children have been cared for by the Kenwood Group Health Associates since birth. They are ages 16 and 18. I highly recommend this practice.
