I originally was referred to Dr. Bruns thru my SIL's. My son has been going to Dr Bruns since he was born. He considers Dr Bruns his buddy and is comfortable talking to him about anything. Dr. Bruns is understanding, patient and thoroughly explains everything to my son (and us). Everyone in this office definitely believes in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. INurses and office team are extremely helpful/pleasant, too. Back-up docs are always great to work with. I recommend this group to parents I know who are looking for a great pediatrician.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Definitely not. They act like my child isn't even there
