The office staff is efficient & attentive (unlike most understaffed, overworked doctor offices these days). They always call me back when they promise to and they always follow up. They make great efforts to squeeze my child in when she's sick and they do a great job as a liaison from patient parent to doctor. I have more experience than normal with doctors and their staff since my daughter sees 23 different doctors and I can easily say that this staff (including both the doctors and the office) is the most friendly and most efficient in my experience which really makes a big deal when in an emergency!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Yes however they are frequently not on time with appointments. Plus the office has a two hour lunch break where you can't reach staff and they stop taking calls around 4:00. It is nice however to be able to leave a message prior to the start of the day to have staff return your call.
