Horrible service. Apparently you can’t switch doctors. But certain doctors only work certain days. So you are out of luck if your schedule does not coincide with your doctor. Thankfully they didn’t deliver any of my children. Could you imagine, oh sorry I know your in labor but cross your legs and hold it because it’s your doctors day off and remember you can’t switch doctors. Absolutely ridiculous. Because of this policy that mind you I have never known of any other doctor office having, they have lost 3 patients today and 2 potential and I will make sure that whenever asked for a recommendation they will be on the list of where not to go.

She was my doc for at least 10 years. She wasn't particularly my favorite doctor ever, but she was the best option for me at the time. I always felt like I had to wait longer at her office than at the office of other docs, despite trying to schedule first thing in the morning to avoid stacked up clients. They also cancelled several of my appointments over the years, one was very last minute when I was about a mile from the office after having driven about 15 miles from work. She was always nice, gentle and social with me. She did seem to over-react over the occasional health concern - one year it was because I had been to a tanning bed, another year because she heard a heart palpitation and another year because I had a small lump in my breast that turned out to be a cyst.
I decided to find another doctor after my last visit when I told her that I thought I had a hormonal problem and requested testing for it. She shunned my request for tests saying that it wouldn't tell us anything. For months after, I continued to feel worse and worse hormonally. I finally found an integrative medicine doctor who specializes in women's health issues. She spent at least 45 minutes with me and then sent me for testing and we discovered that I was hypothyroid and very iodine deficient. If Dr. Miller had tested me when I requested it, we would have discovered the hypothyroid problem and I might have saved several months of feeling like crap.
I can't recommend a doctor who won't listen to a patient's concern about feeling unhealthy. Even if she is ill-equipped to handle the problem, she could make a recommendation that might help the patient or point the patient in a better direction.
