Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They need to pull Cris Saunders' license!
