Must say standard operational procedure for missing an appointment and being dropped as a patient to head back to the same office after, for a period of time is not cool, also also i don't care about going from written charts to computerized systems on a chip, i know it is a more efficient office tool but 1) those are my charts about my medical history, and finding another doctor is a move that takes time also being that a patient doesn't want to go to some hack job2) the real word is full of busy days that can side track a real truck driver I'm not just a door slammer and drive my time sitting on my fat butt all day 3) well anyways sometimes it could be more chronic than preparation H brand and call me in two weeks for follow thru. I'm sorry ..... not at all for missing the 24hour call prior to last September apt.prior to this physical request, I was in 2010 for numbness on my one side of my body,the left.) When I was 9 years old or 1967 I cut my doctors grass with a lawn mower from my house and walked to his office one block from my south Toledo home all the time when i was ill. OK well only once probably but things are definitely changed from the past for the better probably not.Why? too busy, too big, to computerized , to many rules, ok I'm done complaining good bye

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
