They answered most of my questions but act like your bothering them. I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, especially Stephanie who is argumentative. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. As long as you dont voice your opinions they put up with dialog.They treat you like a number or a cattle going thru.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neidhardt for several years. I find him to be an extremely intelligent dr. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He never rushes his time in the room, and makes sure that he answers all of my questions. Some of the staff on the other hand are very RUDE. They will discuss your personal information in front of other patients that are sitting in the waiting room....which I believe is against HIPPIA regulations, and known from past experience. They talk to you as if you are a child, and show no respect. I am positive that Dr. Neidhart has never been made aware of the staffs dispostions, but the office manager is and seems not to care. The office is very clean, and they are always on time. If Dr. Neidhart would weed out the bad seeds in his office, I think that it would be the best family practice in Lima, Ohio!!! However, all it takes is a few bad seeds to ruin the garden!!!!
