I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am having difficulty getting an appointment now I think they have changed hours.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
