They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. And she basically told me it wasn't working out and walked out of the room. Dr, Nurses did not like me questioning my care. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional, arrogant people in all my life. If you want to feel like your are questions or concerns are not valid, go see Mary Staus and her staff. Except for the young nurse with beautiful skin, she was sweet..

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced.
