Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
