The billing/office staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd say we will get back to you but never do. When I questioned my bill, the lady argued with me and told me it was my responsibility to know my benefit plan. She was practically yelling at me. It was obvious that she wanted to be somewhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. However I still bring my child here because I like the doctors, but the office staff need to go.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.
