They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office staff didn't go out of their way to help me. The nurse, Michelle, was rude. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I didn't have a good or bad experience. Dr. is in an unannounced semi-retirement & I have been left hanging. Concerning office staff, I have been talked down to, I assume because of their unneducated ideas of mental illness
