It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
