I have suffered for almost two years. My knee had an open wound with puss for months after the surgery. I am in constant pain and my knee is gray. I can only walk for brief periods, can't climb ladders or play tennis. Can't ride a bike. I am going to Duke to try to repair the damage that has been done.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
