I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
