I'm writing a review based on his staff at the 3116 N. Duke Street, Durham Office. I was trying to find out if Dr. Fiilip would take our med. insurance. When I spoke to the receptionist, she didn't know and was going to transfer me to an Appt. line. I asked for the number as well in case we would get disconnected. Sure enough as she began I heard this click and was disconnected. I then called back and told her that I think I got "hungged up" on and before I could say the word "accidentally," she immediately took offense and accused that it was my fault. In a mean tone, she said that when she turned around, I wasn't there. Then she said, "Do You Still Want Me to Transfer You?" I said no thanks that I would call myself. I was going to make a referral to see Dr. Filip but when I saw the unprofessionalism and lack of quality in customer care, I believe I may not get the quality of care with Dr. Filip as well, especially if this is how his patients get treated upfront.
