He answered most of my questions but I definitely could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My main two problems seemed to be the least of my symptoms he was concerned about. He seemed to focus on everything else and even told me that one of them "one not in his field". He has very nice bedside manner although was called out of the room at least three times during my time. He did end up spending a good amount of time with me though and addressed every symptom I came in with.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were kind of friendly, but it felt a little fake and forced to me. I wasn't very comfortable during my appointment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
