I have recieved my letter stating that Dr Tsai is retiring as of june 14th. I would like to say how good of a Doctor he is. Very careing ,and very professional. Over the course of 10 plus years, Dr tsai and his wife were very friendly to me, and I would like to say more than just a Doctor to me. A good friend. We had a lot of good talks over the years. I went through a bad devorice in 2006 , and Dr Tsai seemed truley concered about my health. I will not only miss him as a good Doctor, but also as a good friend.I would like to wish him and his wife a wonderful life in there retirement years. I hope that Dr. Garuba is as good with his patients as Dr. tsai is. Take good care my old friend. And enjoy the rest of your life.

I have been seeing Mr Tsai since I was a kid (My Mom did also), however, Mrs Tsai is the one that is Very difficult to deal with. I have currently lost my insurance and called her about this, she said the payment will be expected at time of service - I wanted to make payments. She Refused. and on those grounds I had to cancel appointment. I wanted her to let Dr.Tsai know that it was because of him/his services-our relationship. (because Ive known him so long & he's always been good with me) she said it wouldnt matter..? WHAT - THAT'S TELLING ME SHE'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE CARE/CONCERN OF 'HIS' PATIENTS.!!!!!!
also the staff/nurses' never seem to stay long - maybe 'she' is the reason why? To me, I would care more for my patients well-being than there wallets...

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
