I explained that my husband and I had an unexpected move and that I still had an unresolved medical issue that I would like to see someone in Wilmington about. I explained the issue in detail when asked why I would like to see Dr. Gutsin and I got an appointment the next day. I arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait over an hour. There was no apology or acknowledgment that I had waited that long when I finally got called back. When I explained my problem (like I had explained to the woman who answered the phone) he informed me he did not deal with that type of "female issue." He then proceeded to laugh and make fun of me to my face regarding two other issues, one including a past medical surgery I required on my jaw that had been planned since I was a small child. During the course of our visit in the actual exam room a woman (a nurse or medical assistant) barged in and discussed another patient's file with the doctor. I have been to a lot of doctors in my short lifetime and this was by far the worst. He was the rudest, most unprofessional, and uncaring physician I have ever been to. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.
