I've been going to Dr. Blackburn since -- well, I can't remember sinse! He is our family doctor, that of my husband and I, our children and grandchildren. He and his staff have always accommodated us as much so as they can during the weeks when they have been extremely busy and our problem could wait , but if we indicated extreme discomfort or pain, they always worked us in. Finest group of medical practitioning people one could hope to meet. We hope our doctor is never replaced - we simply would not know what to do since we know many of the physicians in that county and not many do we care for. Dr. Blackburn is the exception.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
