I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
