They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
