Get your pocketbook ready! I'm now one of many hard working folks affected by poor insurace options through my employer. I contacted Generations BEFORE scheduling an appointment to determine whether they were a "preferred provider" and accepted my insurance and was told they were. AFTER completing an appointment, and the insurance basically refused to pay the bulk of the charges...I learned they actually were not. This resulted in a large balance that I am responsible for after the insurance paid a nominal fee.

It's a sad day when a person works all their life, gets to close to retirement age, and is in the gap between being medicare eligible and has inadequate insurance. Now the onslaught of letters, phone calls, and debt collections begins. Dr. Mintzer--NOW I'm REALLY sick! Thank you SO much.
