The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Dr. Lane always takes as much time as needed to get my questions answered-I have never felt hurried.
They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.
