I've been seeing this doctor for about 7 years with a serious heart condition. His office is well run and the staff is always pleasant. I also see another electro-cardiologist in WI in the summer so I can compare. I have total confidence in Dr. Mobarek and am certain I could get in if I was worried about something. Usually I go for routine checks. I always get all my questions answered and even if I have to wait a little bit once he is with me he takes all the time he needs. I feel like he and his staff really care about my heart but also about my general well-being.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
