Was referred to them with an ear emergency by my primary, who is in the same building. Got a double earful from two receptionists about how annoying my primary is for just sending people upstairs without checking with them first, and how all their doctors are with their last patients for the day and no, none of said doctors will extend themselves to stay a minute later than 5 p.m. for a 5-minute procedure for a patient standing right in front of them in obvious distress, and my referral (clearly headlined "referral" and usually good for any doctor) is not valid anyway, so come back tomorrow. The level of nastiness from the two squabbly receptionists was like something you might encounter at a welfare office or a DMV - not at a decent Manhattan medical building.

Didn't see any doctors, so they may be okay if you come there with a scheduled appointment and all the paperwork to their liking, but don't count on any sort of "care" if you're in distress. Ended up in the Roosevelt Hospital ER across the street, got well taken care of.

I'm generally seen at my scheduled appointment time although sometimes patients before me might create a wait. That's okay. It's worth it. Dr. B. can give a botox injection (in the rear of the larynx) in less that 5 seconds. If it's what you need, who can complain. Besides, he's congenial and likes his work. Despite the pain of the injections, I like seeing him.
