I have only had 1 visit to this office and on my initial consultation i had a Physician Assistant, Nurse and Dr. Stachiw all check my ears, nose and throat. The P.A. suggested to me they could get a better look in my nose with a scope, at this time i was not told that this scope is a out patient surgery procedure, it consisted of the P.A. using a industrial style air blow gun to spray decongestant from a bottle into my sinuses, she forgot to let go of the button and sprayed both of my eyes, she sprayed something to numb my sinus and used a small scope she said would only enter my nose 1", the nurse and dr. also took a look, approximately 5 minutes of their time and they bill my insurance over 400.00 and i am responsible for 285. because of a deductible. Got nowhere with insurance, their billing or secretary, i was never told this was a surgical procedure, i was told it was a exam and initial visit. Be cautious if you go to this office i feel they should have informed me they were going to submit it as a surgical procedure.
