They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

This plastic surgeon avoid at all costs. He reset my nose and created a bump on
the bridge that wasn't there. I had to pay for the hospital and anethesia again.
Matarasso was furious because he tried to talk me into an additional procedure
for the second nose work and I declined. He was so unprofessional that
he bad mouthed me to the nurse in front of my husband after surgery and
refused to examined my nose when the nurse removed my bandages in his office.
He has little skill as a surgeon and no skill in human relationships.

I had a horrible experience with this doctor. He made several mistakes on my surgery and then refused to take responsibility and fix the mistakes. It will take me many years and lots of money to fix what he did to me. Unfortunately, I was duped by the PR machine. He should spend less time and energy on marketing and put that effort into caring better for his patients. He takes your money, then disappears after surgery and won't respond if there are problems. A horrible experience all around.
