Dr. Norma Bacilious did an incredible job repairing my face after a blunt force trauma wound that tore most of the skin off on the right side of my face. I was so thankful and amazed at her skill and immediate attentiveness, her excellent bedside manner and very good healing advice. My wedding was less than four weeks away, and I still can not believe how wonderful my face looked in the pictures - imagine - just a matter of weeks before it was a bloody pulpy mess from a very traumatic accident! I felt every bit the beautiful bride, with secret gratitude that she had given me back the face I had been born with and nobody in the entire wedding guest list could believe that such a terrible accident had even befallen me - her work was so perfect and. It is 11 years later and there is still no scars from that (nothing short of miraculous) and my face is perfectly symmetrical. I have seen her since that incident for other reasons (botox, apres c-section scarring, tummy tuck) and she and her staff have always been very professional and kind with perfect results. She was never one to push for surgery if she thought it wasn't necessary, nor if she felt that a patient would not be able to optimally heal under their current circumstances. I know she is very busy but she absolutely made the most of her time with me, striving for the best results and succeeding every time. I wish more doctors could be as honest and sensitive as she is - I travel over five hours to get to her office each time because trust is something I value greatly and her level of perfection and professionalism is not to be matched by any physician where I reside. Her new Fifth Avenue office is clean and well-equipped, with very pleasant staff.
