Dr. SIlva was professional and informative, he answered my questions with ease and explained exactly what needed to happen.
His assistant was not friendly, and didn't go out of her way to make me feel welcome or comfortable. She was eating lunch and on a personal call when I checked in. Made me wait until she was done before addressing me. She actually spoke to me with food in her mouth. Unprofessional to state the least. They are not very flexible with scheduling appointments; only available in his NY office 3 days per week.
I rate Dr. Silva a 4 but his assistant a 2 @ best.
