It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I have been hung up on countless times. They try pushing laser that is not needed. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They juggle patients between providers, there is not consistency. I will never go back.
