I can only speak about one doctor and 2 of the opticians at OcuSight... I'm sure not everyone deserves this review. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me there was nothing more they could do for me. Due to two of the optician’s attitude whenever I returned to the office, and the fact that I wrote directly to the doctor with my concerns 3 months ago, without so much as a response or apology, tells me that he, in fact, was very aware of what I was going through, as his optician told me. I trusted him as my eye care doctor for years and had a hard time believing that he knew my circumstances. I informed him that I could not see out of the new lenses (which were changed several times, but worse each time) they gave me, which included 6 months of headaches, dizziness, loss of balance, and due to distortion issues, I had fallen and also damaged my car in a small incident. My co-workers and friends saw what I was going thru, and I knew that my situation needed attention. I left the practice and found another practice, who immediately found the problem and resolved it in one visit! I haven't had any problems since. I thought I was under the care of a professional and put all my trust in this staff, but I was wrong. I guess if you never complain, buy their expensive frames, and keep their lives simple, you are in good hands. By the way, my new eye care provider found another issue, after a very thorough exam, that was never diagnosed before… and this issue did not just develop within a year of my last visit. We only get one set of eyes, so if you find any discomfort and feel uncomfortable with results, move on to someone else… I found there are good, caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctors and opticians out there.
