Mignone Medical Eye Care, P.C. was started in 1981 and has successfully flourished in southern Westchester County. Although our practice is large enough to provide a variety of high quality eye services we take pride in the personalized care our patients receive. We participate with Medicare and most health insurance plans.

Our doctors and staff enjoy providing care to all members of our community. We are proud of our services to veterans and dependents of active duty military personnel as well as our participation in the volunteer medical missions to economically disadvantaged countries, including the Dominican Republic through the Volunteer Health Program. The practice also financially supports clean water in Haiti and Africa with Pure Water for the World.

We are happy to provide for the eye needs of our patients. We are an independent practice and not part of any mega-group.

Biagio Mignone is a wonderful doctor. We have been going for years. He accurately diagnosed cataracts and diabetes related eye problems and the the surgery went smoothly. Dr. Mignone definitely followed up after surgery or he had his staff call us. He has a warm bedside manner as well. The office staff is friendly and knowledgable and they have a good rapport with the surrounding community.

Dr. Mignone was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and did not push me one way or the other, but gave his honest opinion about my situation. I had to wait a few minutes for my appointment, but if the reason was because of the personal service that I had received than that is more than ok with me. Everyone has a bit of anxiety going to any type of doctor and to have Dr. Mignone explain everything to me slowly and clearly and not in a rush because he had other patients to see... well that was wonderful. Thank you Dr. Mignone & Staff.
