I have been a customer for over 20 years and it appears that when you have an issue, the office manager Cathy, just continues to ignore your messages and refuses to help you resolve a billing issue. They incorrectly billed and now refuse to acknowledge the error. I was to have an annual review, instead they claim to have changed my script and doctor's request and decided that they would charge me for a diagnostic test based on the policy they have to do so without my approval. It is too bad that they would lose a long time loyal client over 400.00.
