I have been under the care of Dr. Goldstone for many years. He has done numerous surgical procedures on me in the past and, in many ways, I am still alive because of his intervention and treatment of HPV cancer which is usually undetected, untreated and can lead to serious cancer in gay men living with HIV/AIDS. He is outstanding in his field and internationally recognized. The rest of this review is based on my answers to the survey questions. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've always been great about returning my phone calls. I usually hear back from them by the next day. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
