They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
