Beware: the receptionists are awful!!!! My daughter was not feeling well, so I attempted to call the sick office. I started calling at 4pm (the office supposedly closes at 6). No one picked up the phone for 2 hours. I find this to be unacceptable for a pediatric office. On the following day, we simply showed up and complained about the day before. They claimed that they were "too busy." I wish I could find another group in my area- I can't stand having to deal with the disorganized front desk. Furthermore, they will not make an appointment for a well visit more than 3 weeks in advance. They say that their calendar is not open that far in ahead-whatever that means.
