Dr. Chapin is very responsive and made me feel extremely comfortable in setting up my first appointment. She makes every effort to be flexible with her schedule and get me in quickly every time. She is extremely patient and always listens to every question or concern I may have. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. She is highly experienced and is every bit as knowledgeable as I expected them to be, and she gives me level headed advice. Her office is neat, clean and comfortable. I am grateful that I found her and have been seeing her for three years now.
