A good therapist is hard to find; a great one nearly impossible. Dr Ahola is one of the greats. Not only did she keep me from completely unravelling but over the years of working together she also steered me through profound difficulties with clear vision, psychiatric and psychopharmacologic wisdom, innovation, intelligence and compassion. Dr. A is accessible, nonjudgmental and returns calls promptly. We owe our lives to many people, and she's one on my list of saviours.
