They didn't discourage my negative behavior at all, they actually encouraged it. They didn't seem to care how my negative behavior would affect me. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. When they took a personal phone call during my appointment right in front of me, I couldn't believe it. I would have never expected them to be that rude. I over heard him speaking about an online dating site called "seekingarrangements.com". I checked the site out and it's a "sugar daddy" website where prominent men pay women; young girls for sexual favors. Prostitution sums up this website.
