I'm giving this clinic 2 stars only because there is a couple of good doctors working there. Any communication with the customer service gives you more stress. Unprofessional, incompetent, rude stuff. You even cannot get any information about their services or make an appointment
over the phone without a problem.

The worst appointment with a psychiatrist I have EVER experienced. I had to wait an hour and a half past my appt time to see him, and I started having panic attack like symptoms. Thus, when I was finally seen he noticed my visible anxiety and recommended I go to a hospital. Then, he refused to give me my regular medication which I've been on for 3 years, prescribed me something new and wouldn't even refill my antidepressants. Then gave me a script for a "urine test" implying I was a drug addict.
