They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've been to a few ortho "specialists" in my area and none compare to the care, treatment and knowledge of Dr. Elting. Knowing he will be there to take care of whatever is going on, well, it's well worth the additional travel time.
