I have been going to Dr. Werner for the past 14 years. She has delivered my first child along with my sisters' 4 children. I am 20 weeks pregnant now and I wouldn't trust any other OBGYN with my prenatal care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I feel comfortable and secure in her care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of, but the sonogram TV screens are a little dated. Their office is nice. Some of the girls (NOT all of them) at the front counter aren't friendly but luckily you don't really have to deal with them too much.

The wait time to see this physician was 2 hours. My appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. None of my questions were answered, and I felt worse when I left. Very hard to find parking in that area. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
