They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hess' for many years. They make sure to find out about my entire medical obstetric history before my appointments. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They consistently make the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. I have referred Dr. Hess to all of my friends for many years. I absolutely love this place!
