Dr. Goldberg is wonderful. He takes the time to ask good questions and also takes the time to answer any questions I might have. He has accurately diagnosed some rare medical issues I've had based on symptoms I've voiced (he does not pooh-pooh your concerns). He will order diagnostic tests if he feels they're warranted. His staff is really friendly and professional, from the receptionist, Faye, to his nurse, Donna, and all the billing people. Even the woman who sticks you with a needle is nice. :) If you have a worry and call in, either Donna or Dr. Goldberg call you back that day and calling in prescriptions is never a problem, either. I travel a distance to get there because I moved to and work in Albany, but it's totally worth it.

Dr. Goldberg has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. During appointments he comes across as very quiet and reserved. He's not into small talk during the visit so you won't necessary always get a "warm" feeling. However, he is very deliberate and thorough in his exam. He answers questions thoughtfully and completely. He does not order unwarranted follow up tests, but when he has reasonable suspicion he follows up actively. I have developed very high confidence in him and gladly recommend Dr. Goldberg as a competent and caring provider.
