I was referred to this doctor (this is my first contact with the doctor) so I called to make an appointment. STELLA picked up my call and took my message. I told her that I had BlueCrossBlueShield insurance and asked her whether or not the service I would be getting would be covered by the insurance. She told me no. So I said, do not worry then, please cancel the appointment. SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE ON ME RIGHT AFTER I TOLD HER TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT!!!!!! THAT IS HOW RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECFUL SHE IS!!!!!!!!! DR. CONNOR, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE MORE BUSINESS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. GET SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS EDUCATED, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL AND APPRECIATES HIS/HER JOB!!!!!! THERE ARE A LOT OF EDUCATED, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL PEOPLE OUT THERE, WHO ARE DESPERATELY WANT STELLA JOB. ITS YOUR CALL!
