I like Dr K but his staff is one of the worst ever. The phones aren't functioning correctly most of the time, it is near impossible to get through w/o being on hold for at least 20 minutes, forget about getting test results and although they began an online service for your records, they don't update it and never respond to the emails you send them on it. I wish Dr. K would practice somewhere else and I would follow him but as it is I'm looking for another Dr. I also wish his old PA's had not left, they were great.

I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
